SPA ETIQUETTE

At the SPA you will be provided with a courtesy kit comprising robe, towel and slippers. € 80 will be charged to your account should you fail to return the kit. We recommend wearing the disposable underwear provided by staff during treatments. Please bring your swimming costume. Nudity is forbidden.

Minimum age
Children between 0 and 16 may access the SPA only if accompanied by their parents. The face, hand and foot treatments, as well as some massages, are also available to children, but they are not permitted
to access high-temperature zones and thalassotherapy pools.

Cancellation policy
If you need to change or cancel your booking please inform us at least 4 hours in advance so as not to incur the 100% cancellation fee. If you do not turn up for your booking we will be obliged to charge you the full cost of the treatment.
Please arrive at least 15 Min. before the start of the treatment. If you arrive late, the length of the treatment will be reduced.
